By creating an account or embedding the ModernGebeya AI chat widget onto your website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

2. Description of Service

ModernGebeya AI provides custom AI widget integration, website scraping, document context training, and real-time human escalation alerts via Telegram for registered business accounts ("Tenants").

3. Usage Limits & Subscription Plans

Service plans enforce monthly conversation quotas:

• Usage limits are tracked per tenant per calendar month.
• If a account reaches its monthly message cap, the widget will return a service limit notification until upgraded or reset on the next billing cycle.
• ModernGebeya AI reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon advance notice to subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Limits

You agree not to train or use the AI widget to distribute illegal content, malware, fraudulent marketing, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ModernGebeya AI relies on automated Large Language Models (LLMs). While context guardrails are enforced, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of all AI-generated answers. Businesses remain responsible for validating crucial pricing or booking terms communicated by the bot.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to any chat widget or account in cases of non-payment, server abuse, or intentional attempts to breach multi-tenant platform security.
